How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. During peak season or collection launches, please allow up to 5 business days for processing before receiving your tracking number.

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.

How do I care for my Rylee + Cru garments?
To maintain the quality of our unique fabrics, we recommend machine washing cold on a gentle cycle and tumbling dry on low or laying flat to dry. Specific care instructions can be found on the inner tag of each garment.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
