Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Rylee + Cru purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the return label to the outside, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
